There are more types of self help stress resources than any other category of self help, simply because there are so many types of stress. You can easily find free and paid self help ebooks on the subject, with the most readily available being about financial stress and family stress.
E-books for stress help usually include worksheets and checklists to help you recognize and eliminate stressors in your life. There are many types of self help tapes on the subject as well. Some of the tapes will give you helpful information on eliminating stress, but many of them simply include a lot of relaxation techniques. These relaxation techniques, whether on tape, CD, or DVD, will teach you how to ignore or stop worrying about stressors, so that while the stressors remain you still experience less symptoms of stress.
In addition to these resources, there are many depression self help resources that address stress and how to eliminate it. This is due to the fact that stress is often a trigger for depression.
