Power and Memory go Hand-in-Hand

With so many different options for memory available, we wanted to provide some helpful information specific to HP memory, Dell Power memory, HP Printer memory, and 3200 memory. The Dell Power Desktop uses a variety of memory upgrades.  For instance, the 486D/16-computer comes with memory that includes 80ns and has four banks, each consisting of one socket. However, included is two megabytes of RAM and supportability for an additional 64 megabytes. For the Power Edge memory, one option is the 650, which provides a maximum of three gigabytes or the 700, providing up to four gigabytes of memory.

For Low Profile Power Desktop memory, we will look at the 8200 series. This desktop offers a CPU with 1.7 GB to 2.4 Hz with Pentium 4. The standard, removable memory offered is 128 megabytes and maximum of two gigabytes. All of these make the computer’s memory speed 800MHz. Finally, Dell’s PowerLine memory such as the 425DE is designed to use a 70ns type of memory. Created with three banks, each with two sockets makes this an excellent choice. The standard RAM offered is four MB, although that is upgradeable to 96 MB. You will also find that several compatible upgrades are available if needed.
